Personal Service

We are a local, family run business with super friendly and qualified guides who will  make your ride an unforgettable experience. Our small group size means that the guides can get to know you as well ensuring a safe ride. We are all passionate about sharing our knowledge of Edinburgh so that your experience of this wonderful city goes beyond the sound of bagpipes and the sights of the Royal Mile. Visit Scotland, our national tourist board has awarded us Edinburgh’s ‘Best Outdoor Experience’ due to our high client experience and commitment to sustainable tourism.

Interesting, Safe Routes

Our routes link together cycle paths and occasional quiet roads so that we can go to the fascinating places that lie just outside the city centre. We may pass an extinct volcano, a hidden, historic railway tunnel, numerous beautiful green spaces, Holyrood Palace, the Union canal (linking Edinburgh to Glasgow), the beach at Portobello and many more fascinating locations. Whether you want to learn about Scottish history, beautiful buildings or natural landscapes, our guides will point out something that interests you.

Giving Back To The Local Community

A wee pedal is based at a community-owned charity, Bridgend Farmhouse. We contribute to this caring community by offering free cycling activities to local families and individuals. Additionally, Leanne has taught hundreds of local children and adults to ride a bike for the first time. Our tours help to support these popular local cycling activities and your A wee pedal experience contributes directly to local well-being and cycling participation. Bridgend Farmhouse is conveniently located close to the city centre and directly on a cycle path which gives us access to the many cycle routes crisscrossing Edinburgh.
